6th annual Service of Remembrance
To commemorate the victims of the Newtown gun massacre at Sandy Hook School. Friday, December 14, Trinity Episcopal Church, Newtown, 7:00 p.m. Church address is 36 Main Street, but driveway, parking lot, and side entrance are around the corner on Church Hill Road.
Annual Candlelight Carol Service at First UCC Milford; Sunday 12/16, 4pm
Join us for this special service of candlelight and music. Musical highlights include: Rutter's What Sweeter Music, Faure's Cantique de Jean Racine, new arrangements of O Holy Night and I Saw Three Ships, Do You Hear What I Hear and more. The Music Ministry will sponsor a reception after the service which includes sandwiches from our local Subway franchise. We invite folks to come join our music ensembles or to just experience this wonderful service.
