SGC Theater Arts Ministry..ANNOUNCEMENT!!

 

 

It's that time of year again, and the Theater Arts Ministry of Spring Glen Church is gearing up for our 2019 Spring play! This year we will be presenting a fast-paced comedy murder mystery titled "The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940" (note – this is not actually a musical!). The play will be directed by Amy and Andrew Myers, who most recently directed a blockbuster production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" (performed at Elim Park last summer). Performances of "The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940" will be on April 11-13, 2019. Scripts will shortly be available in the church office for review. 

 

Auditions will be held at 1pm on Saturday, February 2nd in the Fellowship Room - roles are available for young adults and adults. (While there are unfortunately no parts in this production for our younger actors, plans are in the works for a possible multi-generational production later in the year – stay tuned!) Whatever your acting experience (or lack thereof), we hope you will consider auditioning for the play - newcomers are VERY welcome!
