Peer Support Group for Caregivers - (schedule of upcoming meeting dates)

If you have past, current or future care-giving of a loved one in your life, please join us for informal conversation about joys and challenges of helping care for loved ones - and for ourselves as caregivers. If you are seeking emotional support, practical tips or insights, you're likely to find some or all of that in this peer-led group discussion.  Similarly, if you've had the experience of being caregiver to a loved one, or expect that in the future, you may have questions, thoughts and feelings you'd like to share, so please join us. 

 

Come chat, once or as often as you'd like.  Meet at Spring Glen Church Fellowship Room, 7:30-8:30.
