A Note from the Fellowship Hour Committee

A heartfelt thank you to all that submitted their fellowship hour pledge earlier this summer!  Based on your responses, the members of the Fellowship Hour Committee (Nancy Dittes, Alex Smolnik, Connie Rogers, Emily Smith, Debra Tangarone and Liz Wootton) developed the new Fellowship Hour Hosting Schedule for September 2018 - August 2019.  Please see the list included in this issue.

 

Here's how it works: A member of the committee (with help from past members Catie Carrigan, Katharine Healy and Debby Jagielow) works alongside the host families to prepare Fellowship Hour each week.  We are all expert coffeemakers and are very familiar with how the kitchen is set up (including the dishwasher!).  All the food is provided by the committee unless there is something special the hosts wish to serve.  We ask that families arrive by 9:15 for set up and stay at the conclusion of Fellowship Hour to aid with clean up.

 

Fellowship Hour is an integral portion of our Sunday worship experience.  It's a time to connect with others in our church community and to offer a welcoming hand to our newest members and visitors.
